Got an appointment to see the nurse practitioner. I felt listened to and she came to a conclusion and prescribed medication that is working
Had two reminders of my diabetic appointment. When I arrived reception saw me immediately and my appointment with Catherine Hartlebury started on time. Catherine was very efficient and pleasant during the checkup. Catherine and the others in the surgery that take blood samples are the best. I have buried veins which are not easy to locate but Catherine has no trouble. Overall an excellent experience.
I contacted the surgery yesterday morning that i needed to see a GP asap, the Receptionist was extremely helpful & understanding she offered me an appointment for later that morning. The surgery is very welcoming & friendly, the GP was excellent & took the time to listen to me i didn't feel rushed. I have only been registered with the Practice for 6 months & it's the best decision i have made.
I usually find this surgery a very friendly place and listen to all concerns i may have. But yesterday i found the receptionist to be very abrupt and rude. There was only 1 receptionist on at the time and there was no quick check in working also the queue was a little long and i felt that it took quite a while to check in.
My appointment was with Carol, the Practise Nurse. She was excellent and explained everything in ordinary language and I came away reassured about my future care.
